Cooking Instructions
1.
Put Apple Pie Filling (1 1/2 cups) into a bowl after soaking up their excess moisture with a kitchen towel and chopping them up. Add in Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp) and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp). Mix them all together.

Use a large cookie cutter to cut circles into the Frozen Shortcrust Pastry (4 sheets). Put a small amount of the apple mixture on each circle. Fold them over, and place them on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Use a fork to press down the edges.
3.
Brush over each turnover with Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1). Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F), and put in the baking tray for 20 minutes. Take out and serve.
