American Cheese Slices

Cooking Instructions
1.
Cut each of the Puff Pastry (2 sheets) in half diagonally. Place one sheet with the long side facing you. Ball Ham Slices (to taste) and American Cheese Slices (to taste) together, then place in the center of the pastry. Roll into a croissant shape and pinch to seal. Place finished croissants on a baking sheet.

Beat the Egg (1) to make an egg wash.
3.
Brush croissants with the egg wash. Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
4.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
