Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl, add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 cups), Cream of Tartar (1/4 tsp), Vanilla Essence (1/2 tsp), and Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups). Stir to combine. Add Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (3 1/2 cups) and mix in. Add Red Food Coloring (3 dashes) and stir.

Transfer dough to a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Using your hands, press the dough down until it covers the dish evenly.

Place in fridge to chill for 2 hours.

Slice, serve, and enjoy!
