Fresh Blackberries

Low-Fat Plain Yogurt

Lemon
, juiced

Tbsp
Granulated Sugar

Vanilla Extract

Almonds
, crushed
Cooking Instructions
1.
In a blender combine Fresh Blackberries (1 1/2 cups), juice from Lemon (1), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), and Water (1 Tbsp).

Purée everything together.

Add Vanilla Extract (as needed) and Low-Fat Plain Yogurt (1 cup), and pulse blender a few times to mix all the ingredients together.
4.
Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker bowl, and process it acccording to manufacturer's instructions.
5.
When ready, scoop ice cream into serving bowls and top with crushed Almonds (2 Tbsp), if desired. Serve and enjoy!
