This is a very simple and easy Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread that you can put together in no time with ingredients you probably have on hand.

Italian Bread

cup
Butter
•

Tbsp
Fresh Parsley
, chopped
•
5
cloves
Garlic
•
1 1/2
cups
Mozzarella Cheese
•
to taste
Salt

to taste
Ground Black Pepper
Cooking Instructions
1.
In a food processor, add Butter (1/2 cup), Fresh Parsley (4 Tbsp) and Garlic (5 cloves). Process until the mixture is smooth.
2.
Cut Italian Bread (10 oz) in half lengthwise. Spread each side with the processed mixture and then bring the two halves back together. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and transfer to a baking tray.
3.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 minutes.
4.
Open the bread and sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese (1 1/2 cups) over top. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
5.
Bake for another 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
6.
Serve and enjoy!
