Cooking Instructions
1.
In a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). In another bowl, add Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), Milk (4 Tbsp), and additional salt and pepper and whisk together. In a final bowl, add Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs (1 1/4 cups) and Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) and stir together.

Dredge the Chicken Breasts (4) in the flour mixture. Then, dip them in the egg mixture. Finally, coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.

In a frying pan, warm the Frying Oil (as needed). Fry the chicken pieces for 3 minutes.
4.
Flip and fry the chicken for another 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
5.
Transfer finished chicken to a plate lined with paper towels to drain the oil.
6.
Serve with Limes (to taste) and enjoy!
