In another mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1 1/4 cups), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup), Brown Sugar (2/3 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp), and Salt (as needed). Stir together. Add Butter (3/4 cup) and mix with fingers until mixture has the texture of breadcrumbs.

Pour apples into a baking dish. Top with the oat mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
