Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a muffin tin.

Take a large mixing bowl and whisk All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Cornmeal (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp) together and set aside.

Add Honey (4 Tbsp), Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), Butter (4 Tbsp) in Buttermilk (1 cup) and mix together. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix.
4.
Pour the batter into the muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve with butter and enjoy!
