I love the traditional flans recipes, but I wanted to make this flan a little more special and delicious. so I decided to add orange juice and orange zest. I believe it takes a traditional flan to the next level. I hope you try this recipe.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a sauce pan, heat up the Granulated Sugar (1 cup) until it turns into a deep brown liquid.

Into a blender blend together Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (5), Evaporated Milk (12 fl oz), zest and juice from Orange (1), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), and Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups).
4.
Inside a baking dish, pour the mixture over the sugar. And cover everything with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 50 minutes.
