Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Beat Salted Butter (1/2 cup) for 10 minutes on high speed until pale and fluffy. Set aside.
3.
Beat Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (10) and Caster Sugar (2/3 cup) in another bowl for 10 minutes on high speed.
4.
Lower your mixer speed and stir in All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup) and Milk Powder (2 Tbsp). Then, drizzle in Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), and add in the butter.
5.
In a small bowl, mix Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Tbsp) and a tablespoon of water until well combined.
6.
Separate the egg mixture into 3.
7.
Stir in cocoa powder mixture with one of the bowl.
8.
Transfer each mixture into a loaf (7.9" x 4.3") lined with parchment paper, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
9.
Spread with some Strawberry Jam (2 Tbsp) and serve!
Author's Notes
Add orange zest or spice to change things up a little.
