Cooking Instructions
1.
Mix All-Purpose Flour (3 cups), Water (1 1/2 cups), Salt (1 tsp), and Active Dry Yeast (1/2 tsp) together until it forms a messy dough. Cover and let rise for 8-12 hours.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and place a 4 1/2-quart dutch oven in the oven on the middle rack.

Add the Fresh Thyme (1 Tbsp), Fresh Rosemary (1 Tbsp), Lemon (1) and Garlic (1/3 cup) to the dough. With floured hands, fold in the new ingredients. Add flour as needed. The dough should be loose but not sticky. Place on a large piece of parchment.

Take out the heated dutch oven and place the dough in with the parchment still underneath. Bake for 45 minutes; first with the lid on for 30 minutes, then with the lid off for another 15 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
