Cooking Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, add Butter (1 stick), Graham Crackers (14), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), and mix it together. Take a 9 inch springform pan, place the crumbs in there and use hand to form a crust.

Add Cream Cheese (1 cup) in a stand mixer and beat it well. Then, add Granulated Sugar (1 cup) for 2 minutes.

Add Sour Cream (1 cup), Vanilla Bean Paste (2 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), Lemon (1) and mix it together. Add Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (4) one at a time.

Pour it in the pan and bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for 1 hour 20 minutes.
5.
Cool completely before putting it in the fridge for 6 hours.
6.
Take a saucepan and add Raspberry Jam (1 cup) and heat it up in medium heat. Toss together the jelly with Fresh Raspberries (1 1/3 cups) and pour on top of the cheesecake.
