Cooking Instructions
1.
Beat together Yogurt (1/2 cup) with a little water. Add Salt (to taste).
2.
Boil the Potatoes (2) in a pressure cooker.
3.
Peel and mash potatoes and finely chop Fresh Spinach (6 2/3 cups)
4.
Mix spinach, mashed potatoes, Breadcrumbs (2 cups), Ginger Paste (1/2 tsp), Salt (to taste), and Lemon Juice (to taste) together.
5.
Form a ball about size of a walnut.
6.
Cover in breadcrumbs.
7.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or a wok ver high heat.
8.
Fry croquette until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
9.
Sprinkle with chaat masala or yogurt dip just made or green chutney.
