Cooking Instructions
1.
Wash and rinse Okra (2 1/2 cups). Remove the top and tail and slit okra into two pieces.
2.
Heat Vegetable Oil (4 Tbsp) over medium heat in a thick bottom pan.
3.
Saute okra in oil.
4.
Add Mustard Seeds (1/8 tsp), Red Chili Powder (to taste), Ground Turmeric (1 pinch), and Salt (to taste).
5.
Turn okra time to time, making sure okra doesn't stick to the bottom. Cook till tender.
6.
Served hot and enjoy!
