Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C (375 degrees F).

Add Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1), Yogurt (1 cup), Vegetable Oil (1/3 cup), Vanilla Essence (1/2 tsp) to a large bowl and whisk to a smooth consistency. Set aside wet ingredient mixture.

In a new large bowl add All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp) and mix. Add the Fresh Blueberries (2 1/3 cups) and gently mix.
4.
Add the wet ingredients prepared earlier and fold in gently until combined.
5.
Prepare the muffin tray with liners.
6.
Use a ice cream scope or spoon to fill the muffin cups.
7.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
8.
Remove from the oven, let it cool and enjoy!
