Cooking Instructions
1.
Mix All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups), Baking Powder (1 1/3 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), and Pumpkin Pie Spice (1/2 tsp) in a bowl.
2.
Make a well in the center and add the Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), Canned Pumpkin Purée (2 Tbsp), Butter (2 Tbsp), and Milk (1 cup). Stir until the batter forms.
3.
Heat a small amount of butter into a pan over medium heat and spoon out your pancakes. Cook about 2-3 minutes on one side or until bubbles form.
4.
Flip and cook on the other side for 2-3 minutes.
5.
Sprinkle with Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste) and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (to taste) before serving.
