Cooking Instructions

Add the zest and juice from a Lemon (1), Dates (12), Cashew Meal (1 cup), Oats (1 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Honey (4 Tbsp), Flaxseeds (4 Tbsp), Poppy Seeds (1 tsp), and Hemp Hearts (2 Tbsp) to a food processor and blend until well combined.

Line baking sheet with wax paper, then roll dough into small bite size balls (approx 24-28).

Add Cashew Meal (1/3 cup) to a small plate and roll each bite (should be somewhat sticky) into cashew meal to coat, then top with extra Poppy Seeds (1 tsp).

Put in freezer for 30-60 minutes, then serve and enjoy!

Makes 14 servings.
Store in refrigerator or freezer (according to your preference) for up to one week.
