Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven on Convection Bake mode at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). In a medium bowl, use a whisk to combine All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Baking Soda (as needed), and Salt (as needed) together.

In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream together the Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), and Brown Sugar (1/2 cup).

In the same bowl, add Egg (1) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp). Use a spatula to mix until combined.

Stir in flour mixture, and mix until just combined. Don’t over mix the dough.

Gently fold in the Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (4 Tbsp) and Dark Chocolate Chunks (1/2 cup). Mix until combined.
6.
Spread the cookie dough into an oil-sprayed skillet. Sprinkle chocolate chips and chunks on top. Bake on the middle rack for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden.
7.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Sea Salt Flakes (as needed). Allow the cookie to cool for 5-10 minutes.
8.
Serve warm with Vanilla Ice Cream (to taste) if desired.
