Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Combine the Broccoli Slaw (2 cups), Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp), Granulated Sugar (1 tsp), juice of 1/2 of the Lime (1), Hot Sauce (1 tsp), and Mirin (1 Tbsp) together in a bowl with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Season the Cod Fillets (1 lb) with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and put it on a sheet tray. Cook in the oven for 5-10 minutes depending on thickness.

Slice the Jalapeño Pepper (1) and Avocado (1). It's up to you if you want the jalapeno with or without seeds.
5.
Assemble the tacos topping the Flour Tortillas (6) with cod, sliced jalapeno, slaw, sliced avocado, Fresh Cilantro (to taste), Sriracha (to taste), and a squeeze of the remaining lime juice.
