Cooking Instructions
1.
Saute Ground Beef (1 lb) till fully cooked. Add Taco Seasoning (3 Tbsp). Let cool.
2.
Assemble the salad - Romaine Lettuce (2 heads), Roma Tomatoes (2), Red Onion (1/2) and Avocado (1).
3.
Add ground beef.
4.
Top with Ranch Dressing (to taste) and Cheddar Cheese (to taste) and crushed Doritos® Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips (12 1/2 cups).
5.
Garnish with Fresh Cilantro (to taste).
