Cooking Instructions
1.
Peel and grate Beets (3 cups) and Onion (1) on a box grater. Mince the Garlic (2 cloves).
2.
Place grated beets, onions and minced garlic in mixing bowl.
3.
Add in Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 1/2 cups), and mix until well blended.
4.
Add in Feta Cheese (1/2 cup)Fresh Basil (1 handful), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and stir.
5.
Set aside for approximately 30 minutes to allow oats to soak up liquid and mixture to set.
6.
Form 6-8 patties with your hands
7.
Coat pan with Coconut Oil Cooking Spray (as needed) and fry them on each side until golden.
8.
Serve with selected bread/buns and toppings of choice.
