Peel Avocados (2), cut into large chunks and put into medium sized bowl. Remove seeds from Tomato (1) then dice. Add to avocados.

Add Lime (1/2), Red Onion (1/2), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Serrano Chili (1), and Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp). Mix well using a fork. If you like your guacamole chunky like I do, be careful not to break up the avocado too much.
