Shake Whiskey (1.5 fl oz), Almond Milk (3 fl oz), Lavender Extract (1 dash) and Simple Syrup (1 Tbsp) in a shaker for 15 seconds. Pour into glass and add ice. Garnish with Edible Flowers (to taste), Peychaud's Bitters (1 dash) and Fresh Rosemary (1 sprig).
