Red Wine

or Bread, Mini Toast, Chips etc. for serving
Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2.
Remove the Brie Cheese Round (1) from the box, and slice off the top of the brie.
3.
Place brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
4.
Add Fresh Blueberries (1 cup), Red Wine (1/2 cup) and Granulated Sugar (2 tsp) to a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, turn off heat and allow to reduce.
5.
Carefully place brie to a serving platter and top with blueberry reduction. Serve with your favorite Crackers (to taste). Enjoy!
