Cooking Instructions

In a blender place the Water (2 cups), and Hemp Hearts (1/3 cup). Blend on high speed until smooth.

Then add in the Gluten-Free Oats (1/3 cup), Banana (1/2), Frozen Mangoes (1/3 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (to taste), Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp), Coconut Oil (1 tsp) and Hydrolyzed Collagen (1 Tbsp). Then blend everything well again until smooth.
