If you're looking for a last minute end of the weekend St. Patty's Day meal (or appetizer), or just have some leftover Guinness on hand, then this is for you! These Guinness Meatballs couldn't be any quicker or easy to make!

Barbecue Sauce

Eggland's Best Classic Egg , separated

•

4 Tbsp

Irish Cheddar Cheese , grated

•

4 Tbsp

White Onions , diced

1 lb

Extra Lean Ground Beef

4 Tbsp

Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs

2 Tbsp

Guinness® Stout Beer

•

2 cloves

Garlic , minced

Dried Parsley

Dried Basil

Cooking Instructions

Place Barbecue Sauce (1 cup) into the base of the Instant Pot and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the Extra Lean Ground Beef (1 lb) , Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs (4 Tbsp) , Irish Cheddar Cheese (4 Tbsp) , White Onions (4 Tbsp) , Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Dried Parsley (1 tsp) , Dried Basil (1 tsp) , Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) until well combined.

Use a 1 inch -1 1/2 inch scoop to portion out the meat mixture and roll each into a ball.

Transfer the meatballs to the Instant Pot and cover them with the remaining Barbecue Sauce (1 cup) and Guinness® Stout Beer (2 Tbsp) .

Secure the lid and set the valve to 'Sealed'. Set the Instant Pot to manual and cook for 7 minutes.

Allow the pressure to release naturally (this takes about 10 minutes). Then remove the lid.

Enjoy right away!
