Cooking Instructions
1.
Add White Wine Vinegar (1 Tbsp) to warm Olive Oil (1/2 cup). Add Red Chili Peppers (to taste), and Green Chili Peppers (to taste). Then add Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) mix well and chill for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
