Cooking Instructions
1.
Place the Freeze Dried Strawberries (1 cup)Raw Cashews (1 cup) and Quick Cooking Oats (1 1/2 cups) into a food processor or blender.
2.
Blend down into a fine powder.
3.
Transfer the powder to a bowl and stir in the Honey (4 Tbsp) and the Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) until well combined.
4.
Use a small scoop or about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and press it together in your hand to form a ball. Set aside and do the same for the remaining mixture.
5.
Transfer to a plate or container and store at room temperature or in the fridge, depending on preference. Enjoy!
