Cooking Instructions
1.
Chop the Red Onion (1/2).
2.
Mince the Garlic (1 clove).
3.
Brown the Extra Lean Ground Beef (1 lb), red onion, and garlic in a large skillet until the beef cooked through and the onions are soft.
4.
Stir in the Tomato Paste (2/3 cup), Water (4 Tbsp), Yellow Mustard (1 Tbsp), and Dill Pickle Relish (1/2 cup) to the meat mixture and remove from the heat; set aside.
5.
Halve the Cherry Tomatoes (16).
6.
Shred the Reduced-Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup).
7.
Place about 2 cups of Romaine Lettuce (8 cups) in each bowl or plate.
8.
Divide the meat mixture evenly among the salads.
9.
Top each with 4 cherry tomatoes and about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese, then sprinkle on 1 teaspoon of the Sesame Seeds (1 1/3 Tbsp).
