Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Honey
or Maple Syrup or sweetener of your choice

Vanilla Extract

Chia Seeds

Fresh Strawberries
Cooking Instructions
1.
Pour Unsweetened Coconut Milk (2 cups) in a large dish.
2.
Add Honey (4 Tbsp) or some other sweetener and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).
3.
Stir in the Chia Seeds (1/2 cup).
4.
Keep refrigerated for at least 2 hours, possibly overnight.
5.
Slice Fresh Strawberries (1/2 cup) and set aside.
6.
Put the rest of the Fresh Strawberries (1/2 cup) in a food processor and puree them.
7.
Add Honey (1 Tbsp) and mix.
8.
Place one layer of the chia pudding on the bottom of a glass or a jar.
9.
Put strawberries sliced in half on top of the first layer of the chia pudding.
10.
Put another layer of chia pudding and finally pour the strawberry and honey puree on top.
