In a medium bowl, add the sifted All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) and mix in Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend Mix of Stevia Sweetener and Cane Sugar (2 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp), and Salt (1/2 Tbsp). Set aside.

In a small bowl, beat the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2) until stiff. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, beat the Egg Yolks well and stir in the Non-Fat Milk (1 1/4 cups) and Canola Oil (1/3 cup).

Add sifted dry ingredients to the yolk mixture but lightly mix until just moist.

Fold in the egg whites.
