Step 1
Slice the
King Oyster Mushrooms (4)
and
Black Garlic (6 cloves)
and put aside.
Step 2
Remove
Shirataki (1 pckg)
from package and rinse thoroughly with cold running water.
Step 3
Combine
Soy Sauce (22 mL)
,
Dashi Stock Granules (as needed)
,
Water (10 mL)
and
Granulated Sugar (1 g)
into one bowl and put aside.
Step 4
Heat up frying pan to medium heat with a bit of
Butter (7 g)
.
Step 5
When the frying pan is up to temperature, add in the mushrooms and saute for 3-5 minutes.
Step 6
Turn down the heat to medium-low before we add in the garlic.
Step 7
Add in the black garlic once the mushroom is soft and cook for 2 minutes. The black garlic is very soft, so you can mash it up into the mushrooms to make it a paste for a more evenly distributed flavour.
Step 8
Add in the sauce and the noodles and fry it for another 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
