Author's Notes

Feel free to use any chocolate you like, or your favorite chocolate mix (as long as it adds up to 12oz).

You can substitute the topping of your choice (Cadbury eggs, mini marshmallows, graham crackers, sprinkles, pastel M&M’s, caramel, fine sea salt, etc.)

The candy bark can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
Place Dark Chocolate Chips (340 g) and White Chocolate Chips (170 g) in a heat-proof bowl in separate bowls and heat them in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
Step 3
Pour the dark chocolate into the prepared baking tray, spreading it out to an even layer about 1/4-inch thick.
Step 4
Spoon large spoonfuls of the white chocolate on top and, working quickly, use a spatula or the back of a spoon to swirl the chocolates in a decorative pattern.
Step 5
Sprinkle M&M's® Milk Chocolate Candy (50 g) , Sprinkles (4 g) , and Mini Marshmallows (5) on top of the melted chocolate. Chill in the freezer for at least 20 minutes or until firm to the touch.
Step 6
Break the bark into pieces and serve.
