Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Grease a 9x9 baking pan and set aside.
Step 3
In an electric mixer with the paddle attachment, beat the Butter (1 stick) , Granulated Sugar (150 g) , and Brown Sugar (165 g) until light and fluffy.
Step 4
Add the Light Sour Cream (115 g) , Bananas (3) , Eggs (2) , and Vanilla Extract (10 mL) . Mix until combined.
Step 5
Add the All-Purpose Flour (280 g) , Baking Powder (3 g) , Baking Soda (7 g) , and Salt (3 g) . Mix until combined.
Step 6
Prepare the crumble by mixing the crushed Heath Bars (260 g) , Brown Sugar (25 g) and Ground Cinnamon (8 g) . Add half to the batter, mix, and pour into the prepared baking pan.
Step 7
Sprinkle the remaining crumble on top and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until a cake tester comes out clean.
Step 8
Allow to cool and drizzle with Caramel Sauce (to taste) .
