Step 1
Boil water in a medium pot, add the

and boil for 8 minutes until hard boiled. Then cool the eggs under cold water and set in the fridge to cool completely.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the eggs,

Step 3
Season with juice from
Lemon (1)

Salt (1 pinch)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch)
to your liking. Great on toast, in a salad, or just straight!
