Step 1
Pour the
Water (2.4 L)
into a large pot, add
White Onion (1/2)

and bring to a boil over high heat. Then lower the heat to simmer, cover, and let it simmer for 10-30 minutes.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, mix
Ketchup (115 g)

Horseradish (30 g)

Hot Sauce (30 mL)

Worcestershire Sauce (5 mL)

Lemon Zest (1)
, and 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice Set aside.
Step 3
Add the
Large Shrimp (905 g)
to the pot, and turn off the heat. Let the shrimp sit for about 3 minutes, until the shrimp curl and turn pink. Scoop out the shrimp and place it into the ice water to cool down.
Step 4
Drain and peel the shrimp before serving. Serve with the cocktail sauce.
