Step 1
In a large skillet with deep sides, heat the
Olive Oil (1 dash)
over medium-high heat. Brown the
Chicken Sausages (680 g)
for about 4-5 minutes.
Step 2
Add in the
Red Bell Pepper (1)
and
Onion (1)
. Let them get soft and fragrant for another couple of minutes while you season everything with the
Cajun Seasoning (7 g)
and
Salt (1 pinch)
.
Step 3
Stir in the
Tomato Paste (35 g)
and
Chicken Stock (15 mL)
. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in the
Frozen Cauliflower Rice (595 g)
and let it warm through, cooking for 6-8 minutes while you keep stirring.
Step 5
Serve immediately and enjoy!
