Step 1
Combine
Grape Tomatoes (305 g)

Jalapeño Pepper (1)

Spanish Onion (1/2)
, zest and juice of the
Lime (1/2)

Fresh Cilantro (2 g)

Salt (2 g)
, and
Ground Cumin (as needed)
in the bowl of a food processor.
Step 2
Run the processor for 30 seconds, then scrape the sides down. Run it for another 30 seconds to a minute until it is pretty smooth, but still has a little texture.
Step 3
Spoon the salsa into a pretty bowl and serve immediately with chips. It's also fantastic over eggs, pork, you name it! Enjoy!
