Step 1
Preheat your waffle maker to get it ready. Whisk the

and whisk everything together thoroughly until it is a smooth batter. Switch to a spatula to fold in the
Fresh Blueberries (150 g)

Step 3
Scoop 1/4 of the batter into the waffle maker and ensure it is evenly spread out. Cook the batter for about 5 minutes, until puffy and golden.
Step 4
Serve it immediately with 1/4 cup of the
Lemon Curd (245 g)
on top and extra blueberries. Repeat this with the remaining batter to get 4 big waffles total. Enjoy!
