Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Step 2
Lightly spray a 7x12x1 baking pan with vegetable spray and set it aside.
Step 3
In a small bowl combine the All-Purpose Flour (250 g) , Baking Powder (3 g) , and Salt (6 g) . Whisk to combine and set aside.
Step 4
In a large bowl, beat the Brown Sugar (440 g) and Butter (1 1/2 sticks) together.
Step 5
Add Eggs (2) one at a time and beat until light and fluffy. Mix in Vanilla Extract (10 mL) .
Step 6
Add flour mixture a little at a time and beat just until combined.
Step 7
Stir in a cup each of Chopped Pecans (110 g) and Sweetened Coconut Flakes (85 g) .
Step 8
Spread the blondie batter evenly in the pan. Sprinkle the top with the Sea Salt (3 g) .
Step 9
Then sprinkle on the rest of the Chopped Pecans (25 g) and Sweetened Coconut Flakes (20 g) .
Step 10
Bake for 35 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
Step 11
Remove from oven and cool for half an hour before cutting. Enjoy!
