Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add Garlic (2 cloves) , Apple Cider Vinegar (60 mL) , Granulated Sugar (100 g) , Ground Cumin (2 g) , Ground Cinnamon (1 g) , Dried Ginger (2 g) , Ground Allspice (as needed) , and Salt (to taste) to a pot. Heat the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 2
Add Rhubarb (960 mL) and Dried Cherries (80 g) .
Step 3
Cover the pot and simmer on medium-low heat for about 10 minutes until the rhubarb starts to break down. Stir it occasionally and remove it from the heat before the rhubarb turns completely to mush.
Step 4
Serve immediately with grilled meat or let it cool and keep it in the fridge. Enjoy!
