Use purchased cinnamon sugar or combine 3 tablespoons of sugar with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.
Step 2
Trim a very thin slice from the round side of each Peaches (6) half so halves stand flat on the baking pan. Dip peach halves in Butter (60 g) to coat. Arrange peach halves, cut sides up, in prepared pan.
Step 3
Sprinkle cut sides of peaches with the Cinnamon Sugar (35 g) mixture; set aside.
Step 4
In a medium mixing bowl beat Cream Cheese (115 g) with a mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add Granulated Sugar (50 g) , yolk of the Egg (1) , and Pure Vanilla Extract (8 mL) . Beat until combined.
Step 5
Spoon cream cheese mixture into peach centers. Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until lightly browned and softened.
Step 6
Serve warm or at room temperature.
