Step 1
Preheat oven to 320 degrees F (160 degrees C).

Mix
Oats (90 g)

Chopped Pecans (25 g)

Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (25 g)

Ground Flaxseed (20 g)

Roasted Unsalted Sunflower Seeds (15 g)

Ground Cinnamon (as needed)
, and
Salt (2 g)
in a large bowl.
Step 3
Whisk
Coconut Oil (22 mL)
and
Honey (60 g)
together and add to oats mixture.
Step 4
Spread mixture onto two baking sheets and bake for approximately 25 minutes and stir a few times during baking.
Step 5
For more crunch, reduce oven to 275 degrees F (140 degrees) and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Allow it to cool.
