Step 1
Add
Green Cabbage (1.4 L)
and
Apples (500 g)
to a large bowl, followed the
Dried Cranberries (90 g)
and
Pepitas (75 g)
. Toss to combine.
Step 2
In a separate small bowl, add
Greek Yogurt (180 g)
,
Avocado Oil Mayonnaise (55 g)
,
Maple Syrup (60 mL)
,
Apple Cider Vinegar (30 mL)
,
Sea Salt (2 g)
and
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (as needed)
, stir until thoroughly mixed with no lumps.
Step 3
Pour yogurt dressing over cabbage and apples, toss to coat and serve. 
You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
