Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add the zest and juice from a Lemon (1) , Dates (12) , Cashew Meal (110 g) , Oats (90 g) , Vanilla Extract (5 mL) , Honey (85 g) , Flaxseeds (40 g) , Poppy Seeds (3 g) , and Hemp Hearts (20 g) to a food processor and blend until well combined.
Step 2
Line baking sheet with wax paper, then roll dough into small bite size balls (approx 24-28).
Step 3
Add Cashew Meal (35 g) to a small plate and roll each bite (should be somewhat sticky) into cashew meal to coat, then top with extra Poppy Seeds (3 g) .
Step 4
Put in freezer for 30-60 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
