Step 1
To make the marinade, mix
Soy Sauce (10 mL)

Worcestershire Sauce (10 mL)

Ketchup (15 g)
, and
Brown Sugar (9 g)
in a small bowl.

Pour marinade over the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (4 pieces)
and gently massage it into the chicken.
Step 3
Let the chicken marinade in the fridge for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
Step 4
Grill or pan-fry the chicken over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Set aside.
Step 5
In a small bowl, mix
Soy Sauce (5 mL)
,
Worcestershire Sauce (5 mL)
,
Brown Sugar (5 g)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1 g)
,
Salt (2 g)
, and
Corn Starch (2 g)
.
Step 6
Melt
Butter (15 g)
in a pan over medium-low heat, then add
Olive Oil (10 mL)
.
Step 7
Add
Onion (1/2)
and
Garlic (2 cloves)
. Saute until the onions are soft and translucent.
Step 8
Add the black pepper sauce mixture, then turn up the heat. Let the sauce simmer for just a minute. This will allow it to thicken up.
Step 9
Pour the sauce over the chicken, then serve right away. Enjoy!
