Not only does the sausage make the meatballs tender, it also adds great flavor without the need for a ton of other ingredients.

Step 1
Preheat the broiler and set an oven rack on the second-highest rack. Line a baking sheet with heavy duty aluminum foil and grease with the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15 mL) .
Step 2
In a bowl large enough to hold all of the ingredients, beat the Egg (1) . Add the Fresh Baby Spinach (85 g) , Scallions (1 bunch) , and Garlic (3 cloves) and stir until evenly combined.
Step 3
Add the 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey (590 g) , Italian Turkey Sausages (590 g) , Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (85 g) , Parmigiano-Reggiano (100 g) and Italian-Style Breadcrumbs (120 g) . Using your hands, mix until evenly combined.
Step 4
Shape the mixture into 1-1/2 inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Broil the meatballs until golden brown on top, about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, heat the tomato Marinara Sauce (680 g) in a large pan on the stovetop. Add the broiled meatballs and simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
