Step 1
In a large slow cooker, add the
Yellow Onion (1)

Chicken Stock (1.9 L)

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2)

Bay Leaves (2)

Dried Thyme (1 g)
, and
Dried Rosemary (1 g)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Step 2
Remove the chicken breasts and chop or shred with two forks. Add back into the slow cooker.
