Step 1
Mix the
Fresh Blueberries (150 g)
with 1/3 cup of
All-Purpose Flour (165 g)

In a mixing bowl, add the
Oats (65 g)
, the remaining flour,
Baking Powder (7 g)

Salt (2 g)

Milk (180 mL)

Granulated Sugar (150 g)
, and
Oil (60 mL)
. Stir to mix.
Step 3
Fold in the blueberries.
Step 4
Spread the batter into a greased baking pan.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 6
Put the batter in the oven. Bake it for 20-25 minutes, or until the pick comes out clean.
Step 7
Mix the
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (55 g)
with the almond
Almond Extract (2 mL)
and
Milk (45 mL)
in a small bowl. Pour this over the warm cake then serve with fresh blueberries. Enjoy!
