Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Remove the stems from the Cauliflower (1/2) and cut int into pieces.
Step 2
Wash thoroughly then lay out on a dish towel and gently pat dry.
Step 3
In two batches, add the cauliflower to the base of a food processor and process until a rice-like texture is achieved, about 10-12 seconds.
Step 4
Heat Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp) in a pan over medium heat. Add the Garlic (3 cloves) and sauté until it is fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add the cauliflower and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until cauliflower is al-dente. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 6
Add Ground Turmeric (as needed) , Green Peas (150 g) , and 2 tsp zest from the Lemon (1) , stirring well. When the peas are heated through, remove from the heat.
Step 7
Serve warm.
